Prior to purchasing, we encourage you to download and install the free trial that we provide for all of our software. If you have any questions or concerns regarding compatibility or require assistance setting it up, we will be pleased to answer your enquiries via email.

Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods are credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express), PayPal, direct deposit (wire transfer) and cheque. If paying via credit card, you will be invoiced in Australian Dollars as this is a requirement of the terms of the Merchant Agreement with our bank.

If you wish to receive and invoice in another currency, you may select PayPal (which also allows you to use a credit card) or another payment method. If paying in another currency, the price will be calculated and displayed prior to checkout using current foreign exchange rates.

Consumer Rights

The Australian Consumer Law provides consumers with a comprehensive set of rights when purchasing goods or services, known as consumer guarantees, which cannot be excluded. These are provided automatically and this policy is in addition to any rights that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law and other relevant legislation.

Delivery & Dispatch

All of our software is provided via electronic download. You will be able to retrieve an activation code within 1 business day of cleared funds being received. If payment is made via credit card or credit card via PayPal, the license will usually be made available within a few minutes of purchase.

For other payment methods, including wire transfer or cheque, we will contact you via email to advise that your license is available to retrieve. Licenses can be retrieved by logging into our Client Services area, using the account created during checkout. We will gladly provide a trial extension, however permanent licenses will not be delivered until payment has been received.

The activation code provided will convert a trial version into the full version of the software. Therefore, the download links available in our Downloads area provide the links to download our software.

Exchanges & Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us with 5 days and we will provide your choice of a refund, exchange or credit. After this period, licenses which have not yet been activated or assigned to a user or machine may be exchanged or returned for credit. Licenses which have already been activated are not normally able to be refunded after 5 days, however we will be pleased to offer an exchange or credit within 90 days. All licenses may also be transferred to a different machine or user upon request. After these periods, except as required under Australian Consumer Law, refunds and exchanges will be at our discretion and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

We encourage you to install the trial versions which we make available and to make use of the technical support we provide during the trial period, to allow you to determine whether a product is right for your needs.
