To find the MAC address of a Cisco 79xx series IP phone:

  1. Press the Settings key (above the volume key, to the right)
  2. Select Model Information
  3. The MAC address is displayed:

To find the IP address of a Cisco 79xx series IP phone:

  1. Press the Settings key (above the volume key, to the right)
  2. Select Network Configuration
  3. Select IPv4 Configuration
  4. The IP address is displayed:
